The Tyco Electronics Distributor of the Year Awards honor the firm's top performing distribution partners, and also highlight the standards it has set for its channel partners. This significant achievement represents Tyco Electronics' highest recognition of the outstanding performance and commitment that Avnet Electronics Marketing has made to its business in the last year.
In 2009, Avnet Asia focused on Tyco Electronics' core industries and growing the business despite the challenging market conditions. Avnet's extensive geographical presence in Asia provides a good sales and technical support coverage model for Tyco Electronics' customer base.
