Stevenage/Thame -- Avnet Electronics Marketing EMEA, a subsidiary of Avnet, Inc., (NYSE:AVT), announced today that it has extended its pan-European franchise agreement with Maxim Integrated Products, one of the world's leading manufacturers of analog components. The agreement is an extension of the existing relationship, which now allows both Avnet distributors, SILICA and Avnet Memec, to cover sales and support in the Republic of Ireland.
